Responsibilities:
-Employee life cycle management and ensuring a positive employee journey.
-Ensure Hr data and systems integrity (conduct data audits,compile workforce reports,etc)
-Coordinate interviews,handle pre employment checks,and arrange offer letters and contracts.
-Be the primary support for and answer employees inquiries on policy.
-work with external providers and HR tech vendors on data exchange enrolment and invoices.
-Support annual HR processes eg performance review cycle.
-Prepare the necessary systems forms and training materials for employees and managers.
-ensure all personnel files are organised,complete and maintained in line with legal requirements.
Skills
-Strong administrative skills
-Knowledge of policies,procedures and programs
-Basic understanding of relevant employment laws.
-Strong communication skills
-Computer skills with proficiency in MS office and HRIS
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-Strong organisational and teamwork
