What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including receipt and management of applications.
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates and coordinating logistics for interviews.
  • Draft and dispatch offer letters, contracts, and regret letters to applicants.
  • Manage the filing and archiving of recruitment documents according to departmental regulations.
  • Support the advertisement and sourcing of potential candidates, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing correspondence and organizing office logistics.
  • Assist with purchasing orders and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to business ethics in handling sensitive information.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric/Senior Certificate with 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment, particularly in recruitment and selection.
  • A relevant National Diploma or Degree (NQF6 with at least 360 credits) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of Public Service Prescripts and Legislation.
  • Excellent analytical and customer relations skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Outgoing personality with a customer-oriented approach and integrity in dealing with confidential matters.
