What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in the food service unit.
• Follow safety directives and report any broken equipment or apparatus.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Wash dishes and clean equipment used in food preparation.
• Collect and manage waste, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
• Provide food service in the boardroom during meetings, including setting up and distributing meals and beverages.
• Support special catering functions as required, ensuring all equipment is managed properly.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 10 or ABET qualification.
• Relevant experience in cleaning services, particularly in food service settings.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
