About the Opportunity
Join the Gert Sibande TVET College and MICT SETA as they offer 20 Work Integrated Learning opportunities specifically for Business Studies graduates. This programme is designed for those who have completed their N4 to N6 qualifications in Marketing Management or Business Management. Successful candidates will be placed with host organisations within the Gert Sibande Region, Mpumalanga, for an 18-month period, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting and develop essential skills sought by employers.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will have the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a workplace setting, follow organisational policies, communicate professionally, manage records, work according to deadlines, and participate in workplace projects. Areas of exposure may include office administration, marketing support, customer service, business operations, and more.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be a graduate of Gert Sibande TVET College.
– Completed N4, N5, and N6 in Marketing Management or Business Management.
– Aged between 18 and 35 years.
– Unemployed and not studying or planning to study during the programme.
– No criminal record and proficient in English.
– Willing to learn and develop.
