What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) or grade 9 (Std. 7) or equivalent.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a large-scale hospital food service environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures in an industrial food service unit.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to create spreadsheets, word documents, and presentations.
