What You’ll Do

  • Receive and verify interdepartmental invoices received via SharePoint in SAPS.
  • Create bundles on the Polfin System and ensure claims are accurately captured and balanced.
  • Review all captured interdepartmental claims and invoices, and create payment schedules.
  • Facilitate the electronic archiving of processed claims and payments made by the Expenditure Management section.
  • Assist in obtaining source documents for audits and inquiries from the Auditor General and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is a plus.
