What You’ll Do

  • Compile weekly expenditure reports to track departmental spending
  • Manage financial and administrative duties for interdepartmental invoices
  • Create and compile journals to maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile expenditure for Capital Works and Planned Maintenance projects
  • Prepare itineraries to support the Facility Management team
  • Assist with financial planning instructions from Facility Management

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a related financial field
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles
  • Strong knowledge of relevant public service prescripts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • General computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
