What You’ll Do

  • Administer telecommunication services for the division.
  • Supervise the distribution of cellular phones and 3G accounts.
  • Oversee the payment of telecommunication accounts.
  • Ensure the certification and accuracy of cell phone account management.
  • Manage and certify 3G account payments.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a related field.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle pressure.
