What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain all financial functions including budget, payroll, and claims.
- Monitor expenditure against allocated budgets to ensure accountability.
- Oversee and process financial claims and supplier payments efficiently.
- Compile budget reports and manage the shifting of funds as necessary.
- Create and manage financial authorities, including vehicle and telephone claims.
- Capture overtime and maintain payroll certificates accurately.
- Ensure compliance with departmental discipline and the Code of Conduct.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- At least four years of experience in financial administration.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside general computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with professionalism under pressure.
