What You’ll Do
- Supervise and review payments related to Arbitration Awards and salary adjustments.
- Manage and oversee leave processes, including leave without pay and unused leave.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and prescripts within the public service.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective financial operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
- Prepare and present reports on financial activities and compliance.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role.
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver’s license for at least a light motor vehicle is advantageous.
