What You’ll Do
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for all commercial banks and the Pay Master General account
- Ensure all revenue received is processed and paid over to the national revenue fund monthly
- Manage foreign payments on the Safety Web System and process refunds efficiently
- Supervise human, physical, and financial resources to maintain operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff in financial operations
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification
- At least four years’ experience in finance or a related field
- A relevant three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be advantageous
- Proficiency in English and one other official language
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- General computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage
