What You’ll Do
- Register and process claims and standing advances efficiently.
- Handle salary matters and ensure accurate financial management.
- Administer budget-related inquiries and maintain financial registers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients regarding financial queries.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- Competency in core financial functions relevant to the role.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
