What You’ll Do
- Administer all financial claims, payments, and advances efficiently.
- Manage payroll processes and address budget-related inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and allowances.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to financial matters.
- Address IRP5 related queries and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Exercise control over the utilization of resources allocated to the financial section.
- Monitor and manage telephone accounts, including payments and registrations on the telephone system.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- At least four years of relevant experience in a financial role.
- A three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Knowledge of the relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy in MS Office.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
