What You’ll Do
- Capture SAPS 70’s and IOD invoices accurately on the Polfin System.
- Maintain a register of incorrect SAPS 70’s and invoices for proper tracking.
- Administer the registration of medical service providers and banking details.
- Conduct follow-up inquiries on incorrect transactions to resolve issues.
- Address all inquiries from service providers with professionalism and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the Financial Clerk position.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A valid South African citizenship with documentary proof.
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
