What You’ll Do

  • Provide efficient financial and administrative support to the Detective Services Division.
  • Administer, receive, register, and process various claims including travel and overtime.
  • Act as a cashier, managing the flow and safeguarding of financial records.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and track expenditure for the division.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official South African language.
  • General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A willingness to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
