What You’ll Do
- Serve as a cashier and manage cash transactions efficiently
- Investigate and allocate financial rejections to the appropriate sections
- Process requests for refunds and ensure timely responses
- Upload daily bank reconciliations onto the financial system
- Assist the National Nodal Point in gathering required information for the Auditor General
- Administer requests for information and compile audit findings registers
- Prepare minutes for audit steering committee meetings
- Process invoices from the Auditor General South Africa
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- General computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally under pressure
- Sound organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and responsiveness
