What You’ll Do
- Administer budget allocations and manage financial authorities.
- Process supplier payments and maintain room inventory records.
- Oversee administration tasks related to overtime, public holidays, and housing allowances.
- Manage cashier functions, claims, advances, and itineraries.
- Handle administrative tasks for TMS & extension manager, cellphones, and financial declarations.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- Relevant courses in finance or administration will be an added advantage.
- Strong competency in using MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
