What You’ll Do

  • Administer Travel and Subsistence (S&T) and miscellaneous claims efficiently.
  • Handle financial tasks related to the Allowances Section, including claims for overtime, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold financial integrity and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing financial reports as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Competency in independent, accountable, and professional work.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
