What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Demonstrated competency in the core functions of the role.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
