What You’ll Do

  • Administer all telephone and cell phone accounts, register new users on TMS, and issue pin codes.
  • Oversee financial claims, payments, and advances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage payroll processes and applications for various allowances, such as housing and overtime.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Address IRP5 related inquiries and ensure adherence to information security standards.
  • Supervise and control allocated human, physical, and financial resources effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database at NQF Level 4.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
  • Proficiency in at least two official languages, including English.
  • South African citizenship with documentary proof required during the interview process.
  • Clean criminal and departmental record with no pending cases.
  • Strong computer literacy, interpersonal communication skills, and organizational capabilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or developmental courses will be advantageous.
