What You’ll Do
- Implement manufacturing processes and operations in the factory.
- Coordinate product development and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage human resources within the factory, fostering teamwork and communication.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance productivity and skills development.
What You’ll Need
- Occupational Certificate: Sewing Machine Operator (NQF Level 04) or N6 Clothing Production (NQF Level 06).
- A minimum of two years of functional experience in a textile environment.
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Service Act and Disability Act.
- Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
