About the Opportunity
EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd is offering a comprehensive 12-month learnership program designed to equip unemployed South African youth with a National Certificate in Business Administration Services NQF Level 3. This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training, providing a balanced approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in a structured learning experience that includes three months of theoretical classroom training, followed by nine months of practical, on-the-job experience. This blend ensures that learners gain both the knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in business administration.

Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship
– Aged between 18 and 30
– Unemployed
– Grade 12 qualification with English and Mathematics
– Reside within specified wards of Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality
– Computer literacy, Accounting, Economics, and Business Studies are advantageous

Benefits
