What You’ll Do
- Design and implement integrated youth development programmes.
- Provide strategic direction for policy and guidelines related to youth development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programmes.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for youth initiatives.
- Manage financial, physical, and human resources within the directorate.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (NQF level 4).
- A degree in Development Studies, Youth in Development, or Community Development Studies (NQF level 7) recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant public financial management policies and prescripts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and managerial capabilities.
