What You’ll Do

• Design and implement integrated youth development programmes.
• Provide strategic direction for policy and guidelines related to youth development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programmes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for youth initiatives.
• Manage financial, physical, and human resources within the directorate.

What You’ll Need

• A National Senior Certificate (NQF level 4).
• A degree in Development Studies, Youth in Development, or Community Development Studies (NQF level 7) recognized by SAQA.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant public financial management policies and prescripts.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and managerial capabilities.
