What You’ll Do

• Monitor adherence to professional guidelines and standards in strategic planning.
• Lead the annual planning process for the Department and its public entities.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum B Degree (NQF level 7) in Economics, Public Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning or management at a middle/senior managerial level.
• A higher qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of strategic management, market analysis, and public sector legislation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering quality results.
