What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Directorate of Human Capital Management.
- Ensure the provision of comprehensive organisational development support.
- Coordinate and integrate service delivery programmes across the department.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
- Develop and oversee employee health and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate human capital planning and manage salary and information systems.
- Design and implement strategic human resource training and development services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and directives in resource management.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a middle or senior management level.
- Proven expertise in human capital management and talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of policy formulation and coordination.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage in a high-pressure environment.
