What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and departmental policies while managing allocated resources efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective resource planning and organizational development.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate along with an NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or Public Management. An NQF Level 8 qualification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a middle/senior managerial level in the HRM&D value chain.
  • Registration with a relevant professional board/body is an added advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including the Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act, and Employment Equity Act.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
