What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement policies and measures to protect consumer rights and interests.

- Investigate consumer complaints and enforce compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide advisory services and support to consumers on their rights and obligations.
- Facilitate consumer affairs court services when necessary.
- Ensure the prohibition and control of unfair business practices within the market.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) recognized by SAQA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience at a middle or senior management level.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong strategic leadership and management capabilities.
- Proven skills in program and project management, financial management, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.
- Competence in knowledge management and empowerment.
- High levels of honesty and integrity, along with computer literacy.
