What You’ll Do

• Investigate consumer complaints and enforce compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide advisory services and support to consumers on their rights and obligations.
• Facilitate consumer affairs court services when necessary.
• Ensure the prohibition and control of unfair business practices within the market.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) recognized by SAQA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience at a middle or senior management level.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong strategic leadership and management capabilities.
• Proven skills in program and project management, financial management, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused approach.
• Competence in knowledge management and empowerment.
• High levels of honesty and integrity, along with computer literacy.
