What You’ll Do

  • Manage the administration of income tax reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure the integration of data across various income tax administration systems.
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliations and manage the reconciliation of IRP5 and EMP501.
  • Verify amounts payable to the South African Revenue Service against internal records.
  • Oversee the implementation of income tax management policies and frameworks.
  • Conduct research on developments in income tax management processes and policies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on tax-related issues and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and report unauthorized expenditure.

What You’ll Need

  • A recognized three-year National Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 360 credits.
  • Six years of proven experience in the finance environment, with three years in management or middle management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with the Income Tax Act.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching and leadership.
  • Integrity, reliability, and a quality-oriented mindset.
