What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate the development of labour relations policies.
  • Implement departmental negotiation frameworks and oversee consultation services.

  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage allocated resources effectively in line with corporate governance guidelines.
  • Perform administrative functions related to labour relations.

What You’ll Need

  • National Senior Certificate and a B Degree (NQF L7) in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in labour relations, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Director level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Disciplinary Code, Public Service Act, and PFMA.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in project and financial management.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
