What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate the development of labour relations policies.
- Implement departmental negotiation frameworks and oversee consultation services.
- Supervise grievance and dispute resolution processes.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage allocated resources effectively in line with corporate governance guidelines.
- Perform administrative functions related to labour relations.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate and a B Degree (NQF L7) in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in labour relations, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Director level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Disciplinary Code, Public Service Act, and PFMA.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in project and financial management.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
