The Department of Public Service and Administration is seeking a dedicated Deputy Director: HRD Council Secretariat based in Polokwane. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and provide secretariat services for the Limpopo Human Resource Development Council meetings.
- Facilitate linkages between various economic sectors and stakeholders.
- Promote and oversee the implementation of provincial and national HRD strategies.
- Provide advisory services to institutions of higher learning, Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), and industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration on HRD initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- An appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Human Resource Development or a related field as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resource Development & Training, with at least three years at an Assistant Director level.
- A valid driver’s license (excluding individuals with disabilities).
