What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership for the coordination of justice policies and governance within the Justice Cluster.

• Direct strategic planning and performance management initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations while managing resources effectively.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and collaborative partnerships to improve overall service delivery.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Administration, Law, Governance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience at a Senior Management level within a large, complex organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and relevant public service legislation.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on organizational direction and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
