What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for the coordination of justice policies and governance within the Justice Cluster.

- Direct strategic planning and performance management initiatives that support evidence-based decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations while managing resources effectively.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and collaborative partnerships to improve overall service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF Level 8 qualification in Public Administration, Law, Governance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience at a Senior Management level within a large, complex organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and relevant public service legislation.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on organizational direction and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
