What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and management support to Principals and Branches of The Presidency.
  • Assist in fulfilling The Presidency’s mandate and responsibilities as delegated by the Accounting Officer and Director-General.
  • Determine the strategic direction for Chief Directorates within the Corporate Management Branch.
  • Offer strategic advice to align Branch goals with The Presidency’s objectives across various services.
  • Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement a governance framework to manage corporate risks effectively.
  • Foster a culture of leadership development and capacity building within the organization.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate along with a recognised postgraduate qualification on NQF level 8.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior managerial roles within corporate management.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic business operations.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong client orientation and a focus on customer service.
  • High levels of honesty, integrity, and service delivery innovation.
  • Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and project management.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework and policy formulation processes.
