What You’ll Do
- Manage the certification process for both full-time and part-time learners.
- Oversee the release and management of examination results, including handling outstanding or missing marks.
- Coordinate the registration process for examinations, including candidate entry forms and invigilator registrations.
- Address client inquiries effectively and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the compilation of Examination Circulars and Minutes.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of staff, promoting excellence in service delivery.
- Support the management of human resources, including performance evaluations and staff development.
- Provide strategic direction and manage policy issues related to the functions of your component.
- Manage the budget for the sub-directorate and contribute to the Directorate’s financial plans.
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) and an appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a relevant field.
- A valid driver’s license (excluding code A/A1).
- Strong knowledge of examination policies and regulations, as well as governmental policies and inter-governmental relations.
- Proven skills in strategic management, leadership, team building, and interpersonal communication.
