What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretariat and administrative support services to the Board.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Board resolutions.
  • Organize travel logistics for board members.
  • Review the overall production and performance of the sub-directorate.
  • Manage resources efficiently within your team.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Auditing, Law, or Corporate Governance at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience, including three years in a Board Services environment and two years at a junior management level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and the Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA).
  • Strong skills in report writing, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

An undergraduate qualification Business Management/ Business Administration / Auditing / Law / Corporate Governance at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.

Five (5) years’ experience of which three (3) years must be functional experience in Board Services environment and two (2) years at junior management level.
