What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of improvement initiatives within the Compensation Fund.
  • Strengthen relationships with the Ministry, Parliament, and relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
  • Monitor mutual association license performance to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Manage resources efficiently within the sub-directorate to meet operational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Compensation Fund regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide technical knowledge and support for administration procedures and fund governance.

What You’ll Need

  • A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) recognized by SAQA in Public, Office, Business Administration, or Management.
  • A minimum of five years of functional experience in an executive support or administration services environment, including two years at an Assistant Director or entry management level.
  • Knowledge of Compensation Fund regulations, COIDA, and customer service principles (Batho Pele).
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial management, and risk management practices.
  • Strong understanding of administration techniques and legislative requirements.

Requirements

Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public / Office / Business Administration / Management.

5 years’ functional experience in executive support / administration services environment of which 2 years at Assistant Director or entry management level.

Salary

R932 292 per annum, (all -inclusive)
