What You’ll Do

  • Accurately capture information on the SAPS Crime Administration Systems as indicated in crime dockets.
  • Perform effective data capturing related to arrested suspects, exhibits, and operational plans.
  • Maintain records of stolen and recovered property.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the Visible Policing environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
  • A Grade 12 certificate, Senior Certificate, or NCV Level 4 qualification (NQF level 4).
  • Competence in general computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability, credibility, and professionalism.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.
