What You’ll Do
- Compile ward profiles to assess community needs and service delivery.
- Identify and address service delivery cases and community concerns.
- Conduct household visits to engage with community members and gather insights.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to enhance community development initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Matric certificate and an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or a related field.
- A National Certificate in Community Development is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in community engagement or a related area.
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
- Sound knowledge of Batho Pele principles and public service regulations.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
