What You’ll Do

• Compile ward profiles to assess community needs and service delivery.
• Identify and address service delivery cases and community concerns.
• Conduct household visits to engage with community members and gather insights.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to enhance community development initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• Matric certificate and an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or a related field.
• A National Certificate in Community Development is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in community engagement or a related area.
• A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
• Sound knowledge of Batho Pele principles and public service regulations.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
