Key Responsibilities

– In-Store Execution & Merchandising
– Conduct daily store visits as per planned schedules
– Implement merchandising standards and product displays
– Ensure product availability, visibility, and quality
– Perform stock rotation and uphold brand standards
– Complete iRED surveys and achieve execution targets

– Customer Support
– Assist customers with orders via the MyCCBA platform
– Support promotional activities and campaigns
– Engage with customers to understand preferences and behaviors

– Team Collaboration
– Collaborate with Sales Team Members on daily activities
– Receive guidance and feedback from Account Developers
– Provide support as directed by management

Requirements/Qualifications

– Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with:
– Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
– English and a second language (minimum 40%)
– Added Advantage:
– Driver’s license
– Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing
