About the Opportunity
Clover is seeking 18 enthusiastic young people to join its Customer Service Centre Learnership Programme. This initiative provides a blend of theoretical training and practical experience at Clover’s offices in Constantia Park. Successful participants will earn an NQF qualification and develop essential skills for a career in call centres and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in various customer service activities, including handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, managing complaints, and processing orders. Learners will also promote products and support sales efforts, ensuring a high standard of customer interaction and teamwork.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
– Completed Grade 12 between 2021 and 2025
– Minimum 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
– Advanced computer literacy
– Unemployed and not previously enrolled in a learnership
