What You’ll Do
- Oversee and monitor the recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate and approve service benefits for employees.
- Manage the termination of service procedures within the province.
- Ensure the establishment and implementation of HR policies are followed.
- Supervise the payment of salaries and ensure compliance with regulations.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (minimum three years).
- One to two years of supervisory experience in Human Resources Management Services.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, departmental policies, and procedures.
- Proficient in HR-related systems, Public Service Act, and Batho Pele Principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to write reports and analyze data effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy and possess strong planning and organizational skills.
