What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and present capacity training on property management systems to various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain training plans and schedules for the Land Administration Web (LAW).
- Review, update, and compile training manuals and presentations to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to users on LAW and other property management systems.
- Maintain the state land database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property data.
- Verify and update property descriptions based on official documentation and municipal records.
- Manage requests for changes and additions within the LAW system, maintaining data integrity.
- Liaise with local municipalities to gather the latest municipal valuation roles for accurate property assessments.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning, Geography, Property Management, or related fields (NQF Level 6).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in property data management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of government decision-making processes and relevant land legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Access, SQL, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to train others and present information effectively.
- Project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
