What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the rendering of Human Resource Management & Development Services.
  • Manage strategic support and administrative services for departmental operations.
  • Ensure the provision of legal support services and oversee security compliance.
  • Lead the management of ICT, corporate communication, and knowledge management.
  • Monitor departmental compliance with legislation such as PAIA and POPIA.
  • Coordinate the strategic planning cycle and develop business plans.
  • Collate and present organizational performance reports quarterly and annually.
  • Ensure secure, accessible, and reliable management of departmental information.
  • Minimize risks by implementing controls for all internal processes.
  • Develop efficient reporting systems for optimal internal decision-making.
  • Manage performance management systems in alignment with the Annual Performance Plan.

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) recognized by SAQA.
  • At least 5 years of experience at a senior management level or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate services management within public service.
  • Strategic capability and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in program and project management.
  • Strong financial management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of applicable public sector policy frameworks.
