What You’ll Do
- Oversee the rendering of Human Resource Management & Development Services.
- Manage strategic support and administration services across the department.
- Ensure compliance with legal and security frameworks within the organization.
- Oversee information and communications technology management and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor communications services and coordinate the strategic planning cycle.
- Develop and implement efficient reporting systems for decision-making.
- Provide financial and personnel leadership for the Chief Directorate Corporate Services.
- Ensure departmental compliance with PAIA and POPIA regulations.
- Manage risks by implementing internal controls for departmental processes.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration, Human Resources, Legal Services, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience at the Senior Management level.
- A valid driver’s license.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate services management in the public sector.
- Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
- Proficient in programme and project management.
- Excellent financial management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- A commitment to service delivery innovation and client orientation.
