What You’ll Do
- Analyze business problems and identify their underlying causes and impacts.
- Propose data-driven solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to develop requirements for digital patient management tools.
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to developers.
- Document business processes and requirements through interviews and facilitation sessions.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business processes and challenges.
- Conduct system analysis for new and existing systems while developing functional and technical specifications.
- Support the full system development life cycle, including change management and post-implementation review.
- Apply Agile practices, including backlog management and user story development.
- Maintain project documentation and manage stakeholder relationships throughout multiple disease-specific initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the public health sector or government environment.
- Familiarity with Agile system development life cycle practices.
- Proficiency in process mapping, business case development, and operational planning.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
- A valid (Code B/EB) Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
