What You’ll Do

• Analyze business problems and identify their underlying causes and impacts.
• Propose data-driven solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to develop requirements for digital patient management tools.
• Participate actively in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to developers.
• Document business processes and requirements through interviews and facilitation sessions.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business processes and challenges.
• Conduct system analysis for new and existing systems while developing functional and technical specifications.
• Support the full system development life cycle, including change management and post-implementation review.
• Apply Agile practices, including backlog management and user story development.
• Maintain project documentation and manage stakeholder relationships throughout multiple disease-specific initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the public health sector or government environment.
• Familiarity with Agile system development life cycle practices.
• Proficiency in process mapping, business case development, and operational planning.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
• A valid (Code B/EB) Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
