What You’ll Do

  • Manage and provide strategic administrative support services to the branch.
  • Coordinate the development and analysis of the branch’s Annual Performance Plans (APPs) and operational strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the branch budget according to established regulations.
  • Lead key branch projects and facilitate intersectoral coordination.
  • Oversee human resources management and performance reporting in compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • A qualification at NQF Level 7 in Office Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, or Financial Management.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations.
  • Understanding of administrative processes and records management principles.
  • Familiarity with PAIA, POPIA, and the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
  • Competency in financial management and report writing.
