About the Opportunity
Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is proud to present a learnership programme that combines theoretical training with practical experience in the freight and logistics industry. This nationally recognised qualification is registered with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).

Key Responsibilities
– Engage fully in the 12-month programme
– Complete theoretical and practical training
– Work across three divisions within the company
– Participate in modules on the BIL eLearning platform
– Submit a comprehensive portfolio of evidence upon completion

Requirements/Qualifications
– Must hold a Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent
– South African citizenship
– Age between 18 and 35 years
– Full-time availability for 12 months
– Strong interest in transport and logistics
– African female living with a disability
