What You’ll Do

  • Record and maintain accurate minutes of Bid Adjudication Committee (BAC) proceedings
  • Customize and manage standard bid submissions
  • Assist in the administration of the bid adjudication process
  • Ensure compliance with National Treasury regulations and policies
  • Arrange logistical details for BAC meetings, including venue bookings
  • Publish BAC packs and relevant documents in a timely manner
  • Verify the accuracy of submitted documents and maintain BAC records
  • Develop checklists and templates for BAC submissions
  • Coordinate follow-up actions regarding BAC resolutions and minutes
  • Facilitate communication and distribution of information pertinent to BAC activities

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant three-year National Diploma or Degree with at least 360 credits
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a Supply Chain Management environment
  • Prior experience in a BAC secretarial role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer literacy
  • Understanding of the Public Service Act and related regulations
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and report writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
  • High level of integrity and customer orientation
