What You’ll Do

• Assist with coordination of internal and external audit processes
• Support requests from external auditors
• Help implement Audit Action Plans to address findings
• Aid in the implementation of the PROBITY process to enhance governance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with auditing standards

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Internal Audit, Auditing, or Accounting at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA
• No prior experience is required, but you should not have participated in any previous internship programs
• Knowledge of Auditor General Processes, Internal Audit Manual, and relevant public finance legislation
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
• Ability to manage time effectively and work well with others
• Good report writing skills and analytical abilities
• Creative thinking and presentation skills
