What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive Business Intelligence analysis and develop MIA reports for both operational and corporate use.
  • Analyze trends and advise relevant business units on appropriate actions based on data.
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide support in statistical analysis and recommend solutions to identified problems.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on MIA reports and ensure accuracy in data interpretation.
  • Manage and develop staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic management by supporting the compilation of operational plans and quarterly reports.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal users regarding newly implemented Business Intelligence tools.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Information Management, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics (with at least 360 credits).
  • At least five years of statistical experience in a Management Information and Analytics environment, including two years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong knowledge of Management Information procedures, systems, and Business Intelligence tools such as Oracle and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • A commitment to professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
