What You’ll Do
- Assist in compiling and managing investment project portfolios.
- Develop strategies to promote investment and enhance brand recognition.
- Conduct market investment analysis to guide decision-making.
- Advise on foreign direct investment opportunities and promote local investment.
- Identify, package, and market potential investment opportunities to prospective investors.
- Provide information on the investment climate and offer aftercare services to investors.
- Facilitate and manage strategic funding partnerships and public-private agreements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize material risks.
- Oversee the development and management of new or renewed partnerships.
What You’ll Need
- A recognised NQF 6 qualification in Economics, International Relations, Business Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in investment facilitation and promotion, with at least two years at a senior practitioner level.
- Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality sector will be an advantage.
- Proven skills in project management, stakeholder management, and financial management.
- Strong computer literacy, interpersonal skills, and client orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with planning and organizing capabilities.
- A valid driver’s licence (candidates with disabilities that prevent driving will still be considered).

Requirements
A recognised NQF 6 qualification in Economics, International Relations, Business studies, Development Studies or related qualifications.Four (4) years’ experience in Investment Facilitation and Promotion of which two (2) years must be at a Senior practitioner level or equivalent.
